The Old Folsom Vineyard was established in 2007 by the Gould family. The “miracle on the prairie,” it aims to produce high-quality, chemical-free grapes grown with a sustainable approach and environmental stewardship to the land.
Snapped these yesterday. On 9 December 2009, last Wednesday, we had a low temperature at the bottom of the vineyard hill of -23.9 F. That is very cold, very early and why I have to bury the Nebbiolo each year.
